Terms & Conditions

  1. Insurance and Vaccination: All dogs are required to be up-to-date with vaccinations and have liability insurance in case of accidents or injuries during the walk.

  2. Minimum Service Duration:The overnight dogsitting service requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days. This minimum duration ensures the well-being and proper adaptation of the animal

  3. Home Environment Suitability: The owner ensures that the home environment is safe and suitable for the dog's stay, including providing necessary amenities such as food, water, and a comfortable resting area.

  4. Emergency Contact Information: The owner provides emergency contact information, including a vet's contact details and any relevant medical history or special instructions for the dog's care.

  5. Property Access Arrangements: Clear instructions are provided regarding access to the property, including keys or entry codes, to ensure smooth coordination between the owner and the dog sitter.

  6. Daily Routine and Care Instructions: The owner outlines the dog's daily routine, including feeding times, exercise needs, and any specific care instructions or preferences to ensure consistency and comfort during the stay.

  7. Behavioral Guidelines: Any specific behavioral guidelines or training methods that the owner follows should be communicated to the dog sitter to maintain consistency in handling and training.

  8. Communication Expectations: Both parties establish expectations for communication during the dog sitting period, including updates on the dog's well-being, any concerns or issues that arise, and preferred methods of communication (e.g., phone calls, text messages, or email).

  9. Home Security Measures: The owner ensures that appropriate home security measures are in place to safeguard the property and the dog during the sitting period, such as locking doors and windows and providing instructions for alarm systems or security cameras.

  10. Payment Terms: Payment terms, including rates, frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly), and accepted payment methods (cash or bank transfer), will be clearly outlined. A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

  11. Special Discounts: Special Discounts: each additional dog, 10% off.

  12. The dogsitting fee is paid prior to its starting date.
