1-2-1 SPECIALIZED WALKING

Step 1 – Home Visit & Assessment
Meet at your home to get acquainted with your dog and discuss their needs.

Step 2 – Personalized Walking Plan
Create a tailored plan, choosing safe and enjoyable routes that you can review and approve.

Step 3 – Guided 1-2-1 Walks
Pick up your dog and start walks designed to help them feel comfortable, explore confidently, and interact positively with new dogs and environments

GROUP WALKING

Step 1 – Initial Meeting
Meet to assess if your dog is suitable for a small group and if our service is the right fit.

Step 2 – Health & Identification Check
Ensure your dog is fully vaccinated (including kennel cough), microchipped, and wears an identifiable collar.

Step 3 – First Day Walk
Pick up your dog from home and take them on a long, supervised walk around the neighborhood.

Step 4 – Group Assessment & Adjustment
After the first day, review group dynamics and make any adjustments to maintain a balanced, positive environment. You’ll be updated on any changes.

If you've provided me with access to your property, you agree that MariBarks may enter the premises to fulfill the requested service. Rest assured, I hold a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate for your peace of mind, ensuring a trustworthy and secure service.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Owner Responsibility: The owner is responsible for providing accurate information about the dog's health, behavior, and specific needs.

  2. Insurance and Vaccination: All dogs are required to be up-to-date with vaccinations and have liability insurance in case of accidents or injuries during the walk.

  3. For safety reasons, uneutered dogs will not be accepted for group walks. We do not accept female dogs in heat for both group and 1-2-1 walks.

  4. Authorization for Property Access: By providing access to the property, the owner authorizes the dog walker to enter to fulfill the agreed-upon service.

  5. Safety During Walks: The dog walker agrees to maintain the dog's safety at all times during the walk, using secure leashes and avoiding risky situations.

  6. Payment Terms: Payment terms, including rates, frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly), and accepted payment methods (cash or bank transfer), will be clearly outlined.

  7. In the event of cancellation, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.

  8. The monthly fee for training walks must be paid in full prior to the starting date of the month, on the day of booking the first session, and it is non-refundable

  9. Emergencies and Medical Care: Procedures to follow in case of medical emergencies during the walk will be described, including how necessary medical care will be handled.
